By accessing and using ApplyGigs ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ApplyGigs for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ApplyGigs
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Job Postings

Employers posting jobs on ApplyGigs agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful job descriptions
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Not post fraudulent or misleading job opportunities

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to ApplyGigs, including resumes, cover letters, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant ApplyGigs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments for job postings or premium features are processed securely. Job posting fees are non-refundable once the job has been published. Premium subscription fees may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no features have been used.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ApplyGigs:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

8. Disclaimer

The materials on ApplyGigs are provided on an 'as is' basis. ApplyGigs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall ApplyGigs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ApplyGigs.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

ApplyGigs reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
