Role: Test Manager
Employment: Contract
Location: Porto,Portugal - Hybrid

Skills:
- Able to prepare complex Test Strategy for eCommerce programme
- Manage multiple testing teams from different vendors
- Prior experience in test management of eCommerce project/programme is a must
- Strong experience in managing QA across large, multi-project programmes
- Responsible for end-to-end QA governance across Functional, Automation, Performance, Penetration, and UAT testing phases of the programme
- Acts as the single point of accountability for testing across the programme portfolio.
- Track progress, coverage, and timelines across parallel workstreams
- Provide executive-level reporting (status, risks, KPIs, quality metrics)
- Drive alignment across business, IT, Dev, and external vendors
- Proactive, flexible, able to navigate complex problems
- Based in Porto (or nearby), able to spend one week per month in Porto office.
- Able to travel to Poland for a week once every 6 weeks.
