- ob Title: Product Manager Experience: 5–10 Years (customizable) Location: Chennai / India / Hybrid (as applicable) Employment Type: Full Time / Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver customer‑centric, scalable, and high‑impact products aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research. Convert requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog. Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Drive product launches, validating readiness across technology, operations, and stakeholders. Monitor product performance using KPIs, metrics, and customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements. Manage dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs across multiple workstreams. Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related decisions and stakeholder communications. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and regulatory requirements (as applicable). Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements. Hands‑on experience with product backlog management tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.). Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience in Technology / Digital / SaaS / Healthcare / BFS domains. Exposure to customer journey mapping, UX principles, and design thinking. Experience working with distributed or global teams. Knowledge of cloud‑based products or platforms.
