We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join a growing international team in Greece as Customer Account Specialists. In this role, you will communicate with customers regarding account-related matters, provide support and guidance on payment arrangements, and help maintain positive customer relationships through professional and solution-oriented communication.

Responsibilities
Communicate with Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email
Handle account and payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
Support customers in finding suitable payment solutions and arrangements
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system
Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines
Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience during every interaction
Native or near-native level of Dutch
Excellent level of English (C1 or higher)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with professional approach
Previous experience in customer support, collections, finance or account management
Ability to work independently and manage sensitive conversations professionally
Hybrid or fully remote work option within Greece
